Requirements

At our initial consultation, we help you establish your criteria, including the type of property, preferred suburbs, price range and available amenities.

Search

We undertake a comprehensive search and inspection of properties in line with your stated criteria. We have access to unlisted properties and we are notified directly by agents of properties before they are listed on the market.

Prioritisation

We prioritise properties identified within your criteria by providing digital photos of all the rooms and streetscapes, location map showing public transport, schools and local amenities and floor plans where applicable. We arrange inspection times for you to view the properties.

Research

Our comprehensive research process includes ascertaining the level of interest in the property, determining the property value using comparable sales and arranging a sworn valuation.

Assessment

At this stage, we'll investigate settlement terms, identify negoitation factors, assess capital growth potential and obtain property history.

Evaluation

We prepare a detailed report of the property and arrange for building and pest inspections and a review of your Contract of Sale.
